Fieldstone Farms is comprised of 180 acres of gently rolling land including a 9 acre lake that is spring fed and stocked with fish. This community is located on Highway 27 in Rock Springs, Georgia. It is being designed as a Master Planned Community, with particular care and attention given to the natural assets of the land. Every tree on the farm that is 12 inches in diameter or greater has been identified by GPS (Global Positioning Satellite), and the layout has been strategically planned around these trees and lake in order to preserve the natural beauty.

Fieldstone Farms’ first neighborhood (Phase I) will consist of 127 homes including 27 townhomes, 16 patio homes, and 84 single family homes. This neighborhood has been carefully designed for a wide range of homeowners including first time homes buyers, large families, empty nesters or retirees. The main boulevard (Fieldstone Parkway) is patterned after a Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) and will include features such as extra wide sidewalks, old fashioned street lamps, homes with front porches, and beautifully landscaped traffic circles with roundabouts. Also, there will be no driveways on Fieldstone Parkway, creating a gorgeous, tree-lined "Main Street" through the heart of the community.
